What is included in the poutine tour?Our tour includes visits to three restaurants, where you'll enjoy a poutine tasting at each stop. Soft drinks are available upon request at all locations. Additionally, one alcoholic beverage is included, with non-alcoholic substitutes available.

How long does the tour last?The tour typically lasts around 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on the group size and pace.

How much walking is involved?We walk between locations, covering approximately 1.7 kilometers (approximately 1 mile) at a leisurely pace.

Do you offer private or corporate tours?Yes! We offer private and corporate tours for team-building events, birthdays, bachelor(ette) parties, and more. Contact us to customize your experience.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?We do our best to accommodate vegetarian and gluten-free diets, but due to the nature of poutine, some restrictions (such as dairy-free or vegan) may be challenging. Additionally, as every restaurant serves multiple meals, cross-contamination is always a risk for allergies. Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best!

How much food is served on the tour?The portions are generous! By the end of the tour, most guests are fully satisfied - so come hungry!

Is alcohol included?Yes! One alcoholic beverage is included in the tour. Soft drinks are also available upon request at all restaurants, and non-alcoholic substitutes are offered for those who prefer.

How much does the tour cost?Our standard rate is $88 per person, and private tours start at $99 per person, with group discounts available. However, prices may be subject to change, and discounts are sometimes offered throughout the year. Check our booking page for current rates and availability.

How do I book a tour?You can book directly through our website or via GetYourGuide, Viator, and shortly through Airbnb. Early booking is recommended, as spots fill up quickly!

What is your cancellation policy?Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the tour start time will receive a full refund. Within 24 hours of the tour start time, bookings are non-refundable.

What happens in case of bad weather?The tour runs rain or shine! Please dress appropriately for the weather. If extreme conditions occur, we will contact you with alternative options.

How big are the tour groups?We keep our tours small and intimate, with a maximum of 7-8 guests per group for the best experience. However, for private groups, we can accommodate a larger number. Contact us for more information.

Is the tour family-friendly?Absolutely! Our tour is great for families, and we welcome children of all ages. The tour is best suited for guests aged 8 and up, but younger children are welcome at their parent’s discretion.

Is the tour accessible for wheelchairs or strollers?One of our restaurant partners does not have accessibility for wheelchairs. Other restaurants have a step to go into the restaurant that is above 2 inches. Please reach out in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
